How do I submit my property for consideration?

It’s easy! Just provide your property address using our online form or by contacting us via email or text. If your property is located within Texas, we’ll move forward with the next steps.


What happens after I submit my property?

Once we confirm that we operate in your area, you’ll automatically receive a request for property photos. This helps us evaluate your home quickly and get offers into your hands faster.


How do I send property photos?

You’ll receive an automated email or text with a link where you can upload your photos directly from your phone or computer. The more detailed, the better!


How soon will I get an offer?

After we receive and review your property photos, we’ll send you an initial offer within 7 business days, depending on the volume and property type.


What happens if I accept the offer?

Once both parties agree on the terms, a digitally signable agreement will be sent to you via email using a secure e-signature platform. This typically happens within 24 hours of offer acceptance.


Is there any cost to sell my house through Rhino Properties DFW?

No. We do not charge you any fees to sell your house. We handle all assignments and transactions at no cost to the seller.


How do I get access to off-market deals?

What happens after I express interest in a property?

Yes, whenever access is available. We’ll coordinate directly with the seller to schedule a walkthrough, and you’ll be notified once a viewing is possible.


Do you require proof of funds?

Yes. In order to move forward with a contract, we require a proof of funds letter or bank statement to ensure you are ready to close.


Who handles closing?

Closings are handled by a licensed title company in Texas. All documents can be signed digitally, and funding can typically occur remotely.


Do you operate outside of Texas?

Currently, we only operate within the state of Texas. However, expansion to other states is coming soon—stay tuned!
